1. Tell us your story. You are originally from Russia and are now the CEO of World Influencers LLC. What inspired your interest in event planning and building your business? What was it like living all over the world?

I love traveling and networking. Luckily, my family had the opportunity to show me the world. I have visited most of Europe, Asia, and Africa. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Russia and then pursued my MSc in Finance and Accounting in the UK, although it wasn't my dream destination. I faced several challenges while studying in the UK, and event had to stop studies due to that my visa expired and I wasn’t able to renew it in UK. It seemed like one problem after another.

Looking back, I now realize that it was because I wasn't fully prepared, and I tried to isolate myself from others. However, after a year, I decided to break out of my cocoon and explore more. It turned out to be the best decision. After completing my MSc, I returned to Russia and started working. Eventually, I opened my own IT System Integrator to provide Outsourcing and Recruitment services to clients. Later, after getting married, my husband and I decided to embark on an adventure and moved to the USA in 2016. It was my first time in the USA, and we enjoyed every moment. These experiences have been crucial to me, and I've met many interesting people along the way.

My inspiration for event planning comes from my family, where we always had large events with lots of fun activities. As I grew older, I started attending professional events, and I believe that they have been a great investment in my future career. When I had kids, I wanted to create fun experiences for them, so I opened Einteiners LLC - party planning for kids. Next year, to pursue my dream further, I opened World Influencers LLC - a Professional Business Services and Events company.

2. You are planning an upcoming event, an HR business summit. Tell us more about the details and the inspiration behind this event, and what we can look forward to?

I was looking for Business events in New England and wasn't able to find anything big, with rich agenda and well-known speakers. All the events I found are either virtual or in California or even other countries. This is when I started thinking of bringing speakers to New England area as not everyone may go to CA. Why not worth trying to create my own?

We have gathered some of the greatest speakers in the industry all over the USA and even from the UK to share their insights on the hottest topics in HR today. Throughout the Summit, we will be exploring topics such as Diversity & Inclusion, Empowering your team, Leading in a Virtual Environment, Retention, Leadership, and more. Our speakers are experts in their fields, and they will be sharing their knowledge and experience to help you take your HR practices to the next level. Get ready to learn, network, and be inspired as we explore the latest trends and best practices in the world of HR. Q&A will have a place at the end of the Summit where Speakers will come together to answer your questions in real time. PDC and HRCI credits will be granted to those attending our in-person event.
