Numerology 101: Celebrity Numerologist Michelle Arbeau Shares Everything You Need to Know

“After about 3 months of non-stop number dreams (and writing them down in a notepad on my night table each morning), I began to start digging around for answers and stumbled upon numerology or The Science of Numbers…I actually have the claim-to-fame, so to speak, as the #1 Numerologist in the world.” Interested in numerology? Today’s woman dreamer, Michelle Arbeau, is the numerologist to the stars, working with clients at Chanel, Michael Kors, Big Bang Theory, NBC; She shares the dynamic life story of how she entered the world the science of numbers, how you can calculate your own numerology, and addresses common misconceptions. Enjoy her story!

1) In simple terms, how would you define numerology for those who do not know? How can you calculate your own numerology?

A) Numerology, to me, is, The Science of Numbers. It isn’t metaphysical at all. Two plus two is always going to be four. There are no grey areas in numerology. Your date of birth is essentially your “Spiritual DNA.” It is your code to your soulful self and the message it’s here to share and how best to share it. Each digit in your date of birth is its own vibration or frequency (code, like DNA) and represents a trait – either a strength or weakness. When added together, your date of birth sum represents your entire essence, what your life path is, who you are as a whole, as a soul. Each number has a meaning, values, traits, qualities to tell you more about yourself and your mission. There are many other more minute calculations in numerology that can tell you so much about yourself, your life, and how to best navigate it but it’s far too much to tell here. This is the basic gist of it though.

2) What are the common misconceptions around numerology? When is numerology commonly used (career, relationships, self-growth etc?)

By far, the most common misconception is that it’s a taboo metaphysical art when in reality, it’s purely science, mathematics, quantum physics. This is the reason my accuracy rate is 100%. As I said above, mathematics has no grey zone. The answer is the answer. However, that said, not everyone can pick up a numerology book or take a numerology class and have a 100% accuracy rate. This is my gift, my passion, my purpose. My ability to translate the messages contained within the numbers is truly my skill. I’m the translator of the message.

Numerology can literally be used to decode anything. From what the day’s energy will bring, to how your life will play out through the years and cycles of change. It’s such a fantastic tool for relationships of all kinds and since relationships are really the cornerstone of human evolution and growth, understanding better those in our lives in incredibly priceless. Numerology can solve so many misunderstandings and perceptions of others in your world and bring clarity where there was frustration and confusion. The same goes for understanding yourself and the relationship you have with YOU.

3) You are the Celebrity Numerologist & Life Strategist, working with clients in Hollywood, Executive positions, and more. That is amazing! What were some of the most interesting moments you have had as a numerologist?  And what inspired you to pursue numerology?

I actually have the claim-to-fame, so to speak, as the #1 Numerologist in the world. When I first moved from Canada to Los Angeles, I applied for and was awarded the 0-1 Visa for Extraordinary Individuals. In order to receive this coveted work visa, you have to prove you’re top in your field of endeavor through proof from your media exposure, accolades, clients, support letters, publications, etc. I received the Green Card to follow and I’m a Permanent Resident (get to write the Citizenship test in a year!). My career was really a whirlwind of synchronicity after hitting rock bottom. I came from a corporate, banking, HR background – I exceled at it but hated it with a passion. During my early twenties, after spending a couple of years in the corporate world, I suddenly began dreaming in numbers every, single night. What was exceptionally strange about this is that I had never been exposed to anything even remotely religious or spiritual growing up or as a young adult. Sure, it allowed me to remain unbiased about these crazy dreams, but it sure was unsettling at the same time.

After about 3 months of non-stop number dreams (and writing them down in a notepad on my night table each morning), I began to start digging around for answers and stumbled upon numerology or The Science of Numbers, as I like to refer to it. It was such an “ah-ha” moment because through using this numerical decoding system, I was able to decipher each and every number pattern from my dreams. What I discovered was that they were exact messages/answers to the challenges I was facing at the time as well as directions as to what I should be doing next. It was mind-blowing, to say the least. It didn’t take me long to devour everything I could about numbers and numerology. Then, I set out to start teaching and showing others the answers and truths that were contained within the numbers. However, living in a small, rural town, on the East Coast of Canada, really wasn’t the ideal place for such a still-taboo topic. People came to see me for sessions, but most wanted to remain hush-hush about it, which didn’t help me with word-of-mouth advertising. I ended up getting a manager based in Los Angeles and started traveling back and forth for events and celebrity interviews. It definitely helped build my career online but not in the place I was living still. So, I decided to reinvent the wheel. I had started off calling myself “Intuitive Numerologist” to make it easier for people to digest in the modest city I was from. Yet, I always felt the need to explain what “Intuitive” meant because I didn’t feel comfortable with it.

Here’s where the fun began: I decided to sell my house, everything in it, and travel across Canada from East to West. I scratched EVERYTHING. Took down my website, I was no longer an “Intuitive Numerologist.” I set out to find out who I was and what I was supposed to do. I made it all the way to the province before the last one and stopped in Calgary, Alberta because a friend of mine was living and working there at the time. I was only there 2 weeks when, out of the blue, a major media network (all across Canada in every major city), CTV Morning Live called my cell phone and the producer on the line said, “We know you’re a numerologist and would love to have you as a guest on the show.” I was flabbergasted. How in the heck did they find me? I had taken down my shingle and I was “nothing and no one” traveling aimlessly across Canada in search of myself.

It was soon a snowball effect from there. More media – such as Breakfast Television, CitiTV, History Channel, and more celebrity clients. The two books I had written before I left the East Coast I had submitted to publishers without an agent and landed a major publisher, Llewellyn Worldwide. They took me without a literary agent and both books came out a month apart in 2013. That was the same year I made the move permanently to Los Angeles. To this day, I never did ask that producer how she found me. I guess I wanted it to be something I kept as a secret gift from the universe. Some of my most amazing moments along the way were all the interesting people I was fortunate enough to meet. It all seemed random but we all know how the universe orchestrates things. Like the time I was sitting at the bar at the famous Hamburger Mary’s in West Hollywood down the street from where I lived and who came in and sat beside me? Thea Austin from the group SNAP! (ya know the song, “I’ve Got the Power?”). It’s such a networking city that these chance or random meetings continued to happen – from Celebrity Stylist Carrie White (who does everyone who is anyone, from Elvis Presley to The Weekend for the recent Superbowl half-time show) to Emmy-Award Winning Choreographer Doug Jack (incredible man!). My first red carpet experience was at Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Hollywood. Paris Hilton attended. It was thanks to another actor reading I did on-air for a podcast that happened to be owned by a PR company owner. She gave me VIP tickets.

One of the most memorable synchronicities was finding a dollar bill on the sidewalk a week before the largest lottery results website, LotteryUSA.com, called me and asked me to write a paid weekly horoscope column for them. Then, two weeks after that, nearly in the same spot, I found a scratch ticket which had already been scratched but it was a free ticket! My entire life, from that point of surrender back in the East Coast of Canada has been a huge series of beautiful synchronistic events and I love every minute of it 😊 I’m so grateful and humbly blessed, indeed. I also advise people, once you get into flow of the river of synchronicity, never get out!

4) As the platform for women dreamers, what is your next big dream?

Oh wow. I’m a Capricorn with a Scorpio Moon and an Aries Rising. I’m literally built to put my career before anything else. I’ve always had a hundred projects on the go at any given time and still do – always! If I don’t, I feel lost. Right now, I’m gearing up to grow my Truth Tribe Nation network (online podcasting, TV, e-learning, publishing) and my 3rd and 4th books are coming out. The 4th has a documentary that is slotted for production as a Netflix Original Documentary. It’s called (and the book), “The God Frequency & The 54 Patterns of Creation.”

The critical component and what gives such validity to my work is that the book and documentary were both finalized and I even had a signed book deal BEFORE one of the physicists in San Diego, who is working on String Theory, discovered there were not 11 strings but 54 strings in an atom.

Like all my books and most of my work, I feel as though I’m a conduit or channel to be the deliverer and translator of the message so with this latest book, as with the others, I can’t take full credit for the work as it was like a “download” from the ethers. The God Frequency chart is incredible because it shows that there are literally only 54 different number combinations that ANY number in existence can be added to.

It doesn’t matter if the numerical pattern was 50 digits long or it was a birthdate or address. Any of them will only add to 1 of 54 patterns.

In mathematics, the base numbers are 1-9 (including zero which is more of a symbol or placeholder as it doesn’t change any values) and 54 adds to 9 (5+4=9). Essentially, the chart shows there is one combination of 1, two combinations of 2, three combinations of 3, and so on, until you reach nine combinations of 9 – all of which equal 54 different and distinct numerical patterns.

It’s going to be a real eye-opener for many people when the book and documentary come out. It will change the way we see and operate in the world. The reason it’s called The God Frequency is because, regardless of whether you’re traditionally religious or involved in the New Age group, the word GOD adds to a specific frequency that, when decoded, shows us our global purpose as humans. Indeed, we are all God-like creators.
