“That's her: The feminine woman. She wanders through her life with ease, her amazing career, her relationships, her glow, happiness & health will follow her. She attracts opportunities and people like a magnet. Her life just flows." Today’s woman dreamer, Dr. Christina Jerger is a Female Embodiment & Femininity Coach and is on a mission to help women embrace their feminine side. She shares her joureny with global contributor, Khushee Nanavati in this article.

  1. Why did you decide to quit your position in the corporate world and what made you begin your career as a female embodiment and femininity coach?

As a career driven woman, I hustled and chased the next achievement for years thinking it would lead me to fulfillment. I worked hard to become successful, but always felt stuck and exhausted. I neglected myself, put self-care on the back burner, and adapted more masculine traits to fit into the male-dominated work environments.  At some point, I reached my personal moment of burnout. I didn’t know who I was when I looked into the mirror. Who was that woman? Multiple months of coaching and therapy strengthened my gorgeous feminine side that I had totally forgotten about. She was the key to become happier & healthier than ever. From a hard working & burned out masculine woman to the most magnetic feminine woman in my professional and private life. Today, I teach all ambitious women and female entrepreneurs the shortcut to their feminine and get them ready for a fulfilled life through my personalized coaching approaches & courses.

2. Your expertise lies in “channeling one’s feminine side”. Can you help us understand what the “feminine side, both inner and outer” means to you and why it’s important for the larger audience?

That's her: The feminine woman. She wanders through her life with ease, her amazing career, her relationships, her glow, happiness & health will follow her. She attracts opportunities and people like a magnet. Her life just flows. So basically, we can differentiate the masculine (i.e. doing, purpose, structure, chasing) from the feminine (i.e. being, nurturing, flow, attracting). But only both together and in a healthy balance create the magic for us ambitious women. Being feminine helps to reduce the excess of masculinity and the constant stress. Women can stop the hustle while being super successful with their careers and businesses. To do so, women do great with using their female superpowers that men don’t have but we so often neglect them per se as being feminine is seen as weak. But it’s absolutely not true!

3. What are some of the most evident changes you noticed in yourself since this change in your mindset?

Since I created my new mindset, I stepped fully into my feminine and became a magnet for aligned opportunities in my business and private life, exciting relationships and once in a lifetime moments. Overall, I noticed myself relaxing and reconnecting more with my wonderful body. I started to feel so sexy and sensual again! Today, I carry myself with more confidence, set clear boundaries, and speak my mind more often. I develop deeper friendships with both women and men and actually enjoy dating. I treat myself with respect, honor my energy and prioritize taking care of myself. My menstrual cycle is more regular and periods less painful. I am happier & healthier than ever.  I glowed from the inside out and I look feminine AF now. Every woman can have this, too!

4. Can you share some ways in which you’d encourage other women to embody their feminine side and use it to their advantage in the workplace?

I highly recommend to balance your masculine and feminine energies during work. In the long run, you’ll less likely burn out and be exhausted, rather you’ll be more productive and successful. How to do this? You have to embody your feminine through making use of your female superpowers in the workplace: e.g. make intuitive decisions, communicate with clients and address their emotional side, attract opportunities like a magnet, be kind, creative, build connections and make your menstrual cycle your productivity tool. This means you start working in line with the four seasons of your cycle and the hormonal setup (period - analyses & planning /  follicular phase - be creative & create / ovulation - communication & selling / luteal phase - administration & accounting)
